WSPE Awards
The important contributions that engineers make in our lives are absolutely
astounding. Engineers are the quiet builders, creators and problem-solvers
in our society. Using imagination, determination, science and technology,
engineers design and create the world we live in.
From the machines that manufacture our 20th century products, the buildings
in which we work and live, the vehicles that transport us, the roads and
bridges that connect us—to the software, computers and new technology
that are bringing us into the 21st century—every facet of these
has been designed by engineers. It is really inspiring when you think
of it.
Professional Engineers are the highest standard of this proud profession.
Since 1944, the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers has recognized
the outstanding contributions that Professional Engineers make in our
lives.
