Exhibit spaces are approximately 8’x 8’. Booths will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee for Exhibit Booth is $200, unless Exhibitor is a WSPE Supporting Organization. One person per exhibitor is included as a conference participant. Electricity will be provided if requested.

  • Electrical cords must be furnished by your company.

  • Chairs and skirted table furnished by facility.

  • Donations for door prizes accepted and appreciated.

  • Exhibit hours will be Tuesday, April 30 from 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, May 1 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  

  • Exhibit setup should be completed 1 hour before exhibit hours to avoid congestion.

  • Lunch is included.

  • WSPE and the Facility are not responsible for the security of exhibitor displays.
